What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a visit to the project site takes 30 min, then I can prepare an exact cost proposal. Sometimes we may need to produce construction documents in order to figure the scope and budget.
How long will my remodel take?
All jobs are different. A typical kitchen can take 5-6 weeks, bathrooms 4-5 weeks and basements 5-8 weeks.
How can I give my space a new look without completely remodeling it?
New flooring and a paint job can make a difference.
If I do decide to completely remodel my kitchen, what decisions are involved in this?
Deciding on a layout is the first step. Once that is done it is just a matter of selecting materials.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is included in an up front proposal.
